Who's in the Kitchen?

Marie Trudeau

Marie Trudeau grew up on a farm in Farnham outside of Montreal, Canada. She immigrated to the United States after graduating from college, and worked for 25 years running several successful real estate companies as an owner and manager in Phoenix, Arizona, and southern California. Marie was a private, commercial and instrument pilot when there were few women with commercial licenses, flying between her Phoenix and Carlsbad, California offices. She also piloted her 42 foot cabin cruiser between San Diego and Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

A fine gourmet meal, both as a cook and as a diner is one of her passions. She has collected many fine recipes over the years, using only fresh, nutritious herbs, fruits, and vegetables whenever possible. She gets great joy from sharing her love by creating fine dining experiences for family and friends

She is co-author with David Leonard of the work-in-progress: Kitchen Alchemy: Herbs as Food, Food is Medicine, a cookbook for people empassioned by nutritional healing and herbal medicine.
